Why you like X-training
Its great being outside and exercising in the fresh air and doing a heap of different ‘activities’ with tyres, sand bags, ropes (to name a few) that I wouldn’t normally do in a gym class. It’s also good not knowing what to expect at each session (the exercises as well as the questions Paul asks at the beginning of the class to introduce ourselves to the group!). The social aspect is also a plus!
What sessions are your favourite?
As I don’t get out of bed before 7am I do the evening sessions – Monday bootcamp and Wednesday SAS. I really like them both – I love stairs as being from England I miss two storey houses so SAS is a good opportunity to make up for not going up the stairs to bed every night! Both classes have boxing which is perfect for getting rid of any stress from a busy day at work.

It took me ages to join x training, but now I’ve been going for nearly a year and there’s no looking back! I love it! Paul is a really good motivational trainer who encourages you to get the most out of the session that you possibly can. I would have said that without the bribe of cinema tickets for being member of the month! ”Excuses don’t get results”.
New 4 week block starts 30th April. Autum weather is setting in but dont let it be an excuse to stop exercising. Join in with a group of people that won’t let a little cool/wet weather stop from getting fit and healthy. Remember to put an extra layer on, but hopefully the body temperature should rise quickly once you get moving. As Paul says “if you are cold…you are going too slow!” Sign for the new block ASAP! Any queries please don’t hesitate to email for more information. EXCUSES DON’T GET RESULTS!
