Our Abs, Butts & Thighs class is all about focusing on those problem areas we all find hard to shape & tone. With a combination of strength & some cardio we make those abs, butts & thighs burn, in a good way.

 

Some people that find the “pilates” type session not intense enough, this  will bring postural muscles and your core to a new BURN.
