X-TRAINING STUDIO is holding an indoor BOOTCAMP each Saturday 630am ( with a little outdoor training too…always nice to get some fresh air:-)   ).

Bootcamp is a high intensity type training that requires strength, endurance & stamina.

The beauty of “bootcamp” training is variety of techniques and functional type movements that will get you fit!

Paul Jazwinski (BOOTCAMP INSTRUCTOR) has huge knowledge of fitness and has been instructing for years & years. This experience is unmatched in the fitness industry as Paul always advocates change, variety and safety.  Since 2001 Paul has been training fitness classes and one of only a few in Perth that have maintained Bootcamp for ever year, week in & week out. This is no Fad or some advertising catch to sell you a membership. This training will spice things up! HONEST, HARD, EFFECTIVE and EFFICIENT TRAINING!

This BOOTCAMP is suitable for all fitness levels.

The difference is that X-TRAINING will use a large variety of equipment, but be prepared for anything?!? ( tyres, ropes, sandbags, kettle bells, bands, boxing, bodyweight drills, sprints….and even more!)

There is so much to choose when striving  for fitness, but many struggle to choose something that will challenge them. Yet being customised to each individual to be able work to their own pace. This is it.
