CARDIO & TONE

( 45-50minutes) WEDNESDAY 915am

A terrific session to elevate your heart rate and integrate some toning drills. We keep it simple & interesting each and every workout.

WHAT WILL YOU DO??? Utilising the studios variety of equipment, you maybe on treadmills, cross trainers, spin bikes, recumbent bikes, rowers, skipping and body weight exercises to get your heart rate up and burn LOTS of calories! Be prepared for “change” as every session will be different and interesting. X-TRAINING STUDIO philosophy is never be to boring or plateau. Each session you be set to complete a targeted program, one week maybe intervals, next maybe more toning with endurance, but  be assured you will get the variety to keep you motivated.

TONE UP TOO! So many people do endless amount of cardio ( i.e. running lots of kms) and never really getting the results. The answer is to lift weights. WE ARE NOT ABOUT BULKING, the principle is to stimulate lean muscle to be able use more fuel, therefore MORE FAT LOSS!

The great thing about this session everyone can do it. You can set your pace and be challenged by the drills set in every session. ALL NEED IS THE ATTITUDE THAT YOU WANT ( AND NEED) TO GET FIT!
