I spent my school years, playing hockey as well as participating in athletics and swimming, however when university came along my active teenage years were behind me and my early twenties were defined by sitting and sausage rolls.

Fast forward 10 years and I have been on a long fitness and nutrition journey, which resulted in qualifying as a personal trainer, the successful completion of a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at Curtin University and completing many fitness goals I never thought I could do before.

My own personal fitness focus has been strength training, Pilates, boxing and anything that involves the great outdoors. I believe in mixing things up as the key to enjoying and maintaing fitness.

My experience has resulted in a passion for demystify nutrition, exercise and health for each client, I ensure your session is tailored to your specific needs in regards to any postural issues and your current goals. Most of all I believe we should be having fun, and aim to pass on my enthusiasm for fitness to you.

If Nutrition is an area which needs work, I provide one hour initial consults and 30 minute follow up sessions.catP4

Level 2 Gym Instructor
Mat Pilates Instructor
Postural Analysis and Corrective Exercise
Thump Boxing for Fitness
Senior First Aid

My Interests:
Skiing, hiking, SUP, swimming, cooking (and eating!) as well as travel where possible.
