Circuit training sessions are designed as a ‘station by station’ 60 minute exercise routine. Basic princples of circuit style training where each individual will take it at the their own intensity and develop both cardio and strength conditioning.

Circuits are enjoyable and fun, rather than slow boring program, you can make Circuit training a terrific variable into your routine to shock and change your body.

Bring a towel, a drink to rehydrate the muscles, but most importantly bring along a good attitude and eagerness to have some fun as it is always makes exercising enjoyable!
