KATE- PERSONAL TRAINER AND GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
My life turned around at the age of 34 when I quit the office job and decided to pursue a career in fitness.
After losing over 30kg in my mid twenties and dropping all of my unhealthy habits I found exercise to be my daily therapy.
Being honest, the gym always scared me and I felt much more at home in the group fitness studio. I found such a love for group fitness and the studio became my playground.
After studying my Certificate 3 & 4 in fitness my perception changed as I realised all the challenges that lay ahead on the gym floor and here is where I became the Personal Trainer I am today.
As your PT I understand the emotional and physical challenges that come with starting or progressing your fitness journey, and more than ever I understand the journey itself.
I will challenge you, I will motivate you, and I will make sure you have the support to keep you going strong. I like to see my clients achieving their goals and in turn leading a healthier and happier lifestyle.
If you are not enjoying the experience and don’t look forward to your fitness sessions then something needs to change and I can safely say we will change it up a lot.. I like to keep my clients on their toes!
So… if you are ready for a challenge and also up for a bit of a laugh (I do this a lot) then call on me.
I don’t like to say I “Specialise” in any particular area as all of my clients are different, however personal experience has played a big part in my education as a trainer. Below are some of my achievements/qualifications. ”
