Lee first started working in the fitness industry over 15 years ago and has studied and undertaken many disciplines from Bodybuilding to endurance sports and everything in-between.
His passion is to encourage clients to push beyond their comfort zone, achieving things they didn’t think possible and helping them live a fit and health lifestyle.

Lee has been heavily into sport all his life, mainly playing Rugby League and over the last few years participating in triathlons.
