Freestyle Spin indoor cycle classes are one of the best workouts that pretty much anyone can do!
Come a little early to get the set-up correct for your body, but remember it is YOUR workout, so ultimately YOU choose how hard/easy you go. The instructor will teach and coach you through some of uplifting tunes ( and possibly you could sing along too, if you still can??)

These fusion classes bring a different level to your workouts. With the Spin cycle phase only 30min but high intense and effective. Then for the second phase to slow your heart rate to another target zone… best of both worlds!
SPIN= 45min stationary bike that will involve a mixture of bike fitness. From hill climbs, to stamina speed drills, power bursts of sprint training. Push as hard as you want, but remember it is the quality and intensity of the workout is what you are seeking, 45 minutes is all you need.
