Commit to yourself to better yourself over a 60day period to maximise you results with a unlimited pass to all X-TRAINING SESSIONS (indicated in orange on the timetable)
Receive a weekly MEAL PLAN, weekly monitoring of measurements (weight, body fat% skin folds, girth measurements) and unlimited use of studio gym during opening hours.
This is a challenge for YOURSELF! Not to compete against others or compare to other peoples results.
Firstly begin by setting a bench mark, then aim to better yourself to become fitter, healthier and leaner over the 60 days.
This how it works:
You sign up thru the booking software <<SIGN UP 60 day CHALLENGE>>$42.50 per week debited from your account for 8 weeks. Over that 8 weeks you can book in any sessions over 7 days per week. Also included is unlimited gym access during opening hours ( book: OWN WORKOUT TIME)
Once committed, you simply login, book your session, and TURN UP!
Each week you will be emailed a eating plan to set a guide for your nutrition and you will able to set up a time each week to organise a PERSONAL TRAINER to record your measurements and monitor your progress. If you require any advice please feel free to email HEAD TRAINER- Paul Jazwinski

Pay $42.50 per week. Unlimited X-Training sessions ( all sessions indicated in orange on the timetable) plus unlimited gym access during opening hours.
Be assured classes provide a high quality workout that is effective, efficient and the smartest way of training. XTRAINING sessions are designed for small groups / semi private style to be highly effective similar to PERSONAL TRAINING but in a group.
