Welcome to Wednesday night’s “Stretch, core and strengthening class”.
Starting Feb 6th at 6:15pm. An hour long class which will be a mix of Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi. Depending on space we may use Fitballs, Pilates rings and bands to strengthen postural muscles, increase flexibility and increase our overall feeling of health and wellbeing.
If requested, I may add some meditation time to the end of the class, to really unwind at the end of the day.
