X-Training Health & Fitness studio is bringing a regular seniors based class onto the timetable to help the older participant keeping fit and strong for life.
Each session will have a focus on target areas specific more towards the senior. For example: Balance, functional strength, muscle endurance, postural strength and mobility….plus more.
As all X-Training sessions are supported by fully trained and qualified Personal Trainers to ensure the safety and well-being of each individual.
No Matter what your level, this class will challenge new participants to regular fitness people. Or maybe the variety that you seek outside your normal exercise regime.
Learn new skills and help your entire body & mind work to strive to stay as young and healthy to best way possible.
